Request permanent deletion of your Riffre account and associated data. This applies to both the web platform and the Riffre mobile app.
What happens when you request deletion
Submit the form with the email address linked to your Riffre account. Our team verifies the request and permanently deletes your account within 30 days.
Data removed
Account and profile details, WhatsApp Business account connections, conversation history, templates, bot configurations and billing records tied to your account.
Data we may retain
Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and transaction logs for tax and accounting purposes, and information needed to prevent fraud or abuse.
You can also email info@riffrechat.com from your account's registered email address with the subject "Delete my account" instead of using this form.
